Womens Clothing

Training Program

We train you and your employees on the most successful methods to run your business. This starts with our Discovery Day in Asheville, NC where you get behind the scenes at our store. You’ll be invited to join us to fashion week and to our trunk shows and events. We also advise on how to obtain financing, choosing your store location, designing your store interior, finding staffing and merchandising your store.

Buying and Merchandising, Fashion Week Trip!

Setting trends and finding new styles is the best part of our job! We’ve worked with many brands and know the trends that work in our stores. We’ll teach you merchandising lingo, and you’ll join us on our fashion week trips to buyer’s markets!


Store Layout, Location, Interior Design

We love helping you search for the best location and select unique vintage finds to make your store your own. Scouting a location is key to your retail store’s success, and we have experience in knowing which locations work, and which don’t. We’ll help with outfitting your Airstream trailer and with designing the interior of your store so that it is welcoming and inviting.

Technology and Bookkeeping

We’ll set you up with Point-Of-Sale and Inventory Tracking technology, and we assist with Social Media setup. We’ll teach you how to use each system and make sure you have the tools you need.


Customer Service and Staffing

Our customers are the most important part of our business! We have specific procedures for customer service that ensure every customer gets a superior experience. We’ll teach you the important steps of sales that we apply to every event we do, and to every customer that comes into our doors.
